Hey Micheal,
So I’ve finally started to settle in my new home, and so I figured this would be a good time to send you an email I’ve been meaning to write. Everything here has been fantastic and at the same time busy. It turns out when you take possession of your first home you really feel the need to accomplish everything immediately so I’ve basically been doing little projects non-stop. I wanted to thank you Micheal for how good of a job you did in helping me find this home. I was very price conscious and probably more concerned with price than amenities, however, you managed to find me a home I can more than comfortably afford with plenty more features and considerably nicer than I ever thought possible at this price. Also, thanks for being efficient and lining up so many homes over the course of just a couple of days, work takes up a lot of my time and you made great use of the little free time I had.
So thanks again Mike, I look forward to having you and your family over for a BBQ as a small thank you for what you did for me. Rest assured I’ll be telling everyone I know how much you exceeded my expectations and sending them your way.
